An odd cocktail was the result of a player error when making a gnome cocktail. An update in 2006 eliminated this with an improved cocktail interface; as a result, it has never been obtainable in Old School RuneScape. The odd cocktail healed some health, increased strength, but reduced attack, making it similar to certain beers.
