Orcs were occupants of the Realm of Memories during the 20th Anniversary event. During 2004, an Orc could be found wandering the Tree Gnome Village maze, but this was removed long before the release of Old School RuneScape.

They were first mentioned in a Behind the Scenes article on 31 March 2004, and eventually superseded by Orks in Zanaris and later the God Wars Dungeon.
