Osmumten's fang is a stab weapon obtained as a rare reward from the Tombs of Amascut. It requires level 82 Attack to wield, and is able to deal full damage to the Corporeal Beast. The fang has two unique passive effects which aim to make it effective against targets with a high Defence level.

The first is the ability to roll accuracy twice, meaning that when attacking a target, the higher accuracy roll between the two takes precedence when rolling for a successful hit. This effectively gives it a much higher accuracy than other weapons.

The second effect involves using a different formula to determine damage rolls; unlike other weapons that roll zero to max damage upon a successful hit, the fang will always deal between 15% and 85% of the max hit. The fang uses the following formula for damage rolls: ${\displaystyle (MaxHit*0.15)-[MaxHit-(MaxHit*0.15)]}$

For example, if the fang's true max hit was 60, it would roll 9 to 51 damage upon a successful hit.

## Special attack

Osmumten's fang has a special attack, Eviscerate, which consumes 25% of the player's special attack energy. The special attack, for the next hit, provides a 50% increase to accuracy, and uses the fang's true max hit when determining damage rolls.

For example, if the fang's true max hit was 60, it would roll 9 to 60 damage upon a successful hit, rather than the usual 9 to 51 damage it would normally roll.
