A pearl barbarian rod is an item that can be purchased for 150 Molch pearls from Alry the Angler on Molch island. It is an equipable version of the Barbarian rod, and can only be purchased if the relevant part of Barbarian Training is completed with Otto Godblessed. It can only be used in the fishing spots at Otto's Grotto, and Mount Quidamortem in the Kebos Lowlands. Since barbarian fishing gives marginal Strength and Agility experience with each catch, it is more efficient than other training methods such as fly fishing.

This rod can be stored in any Magic Wardrobe in a player-owned house.
