A plank sack is an item that can be bought from the Mahogany Homes Reward Shop for 350 carpenter points. Only one plank sack may be owned at a time.

The sack allows the player to store planks of any variety for a total of 28. Planks stored inside a sack do not count towards the Player's total weight.

The planks can be used directly from the sack, so it does not need to be emptied manually while training Construction.

Note that a servant will never deliver planks to a plank sack when returning from the bank or sawmill. For this reason, the item is rarely used in Construction training. However, it does reduce the amount of bank trips required when training Construction through Mahogany Homes minigame, slightly increasing XP and carpenter points hourly rates.

Upon death, the plank sack is kept, as well as the planks within the sack.
