The Poisoned dagger is an unobtainable item that was added during the RuneScape 2 beta. It uses the default untextured model for poisoned daggers. Its purpose is unknown; however, it may have been created in order to test poisoned daggers in RuneScape 2, or as part of an interface.

With the release of Weapon poison(+) and Weapon poison(++), extra strong and super strong poison variants of the dagger were added too.

The item briefly appeared in the search interface of the trading post. Aside from this, it has never been obtainable in Old School RuneScape.
