The Pollnivneach Rooftop Agility Course is available to players with an Agility level of 70 or over.

It can be started by climbing on the Basket just north-west of the bar south of Pollnivneach and is finished by jumping off the Drying line, north of the city. Players get 890 experience from completing the course.

You do not need waterskins while using the Pollnivneach Rooftop Agility Course.

The course itself takes 79 ticks (47.4 seconds) to complete, and running from the last obstacle to the first obstacle takes 22 ticks (13.2 seconds). With 101 ticks (60.6 seconds) per lap, it is possible to gain up to 52,600 exp per hour. Because this method takes 100% concentration for prolonged amounts of time, normal experience rates are between 42,000 and 47,000 experience per hour.

Getting from 70-80 Agility using the Pollnivneach Rooftop Agility Course, will take 1,403 laps to complete. If you do the course in the optimal time of 101 ticks (60.6 seconds), it will take 23.7 hours to get from 70-80 Agility. However, if you have completed the Hard Kandarin Diary, the Seers' course will be faster than Pollnivneach until 80 Agility as it allows for rates of up to around 56,000 experience per hour while using Camelot Teleport.

(update)
The Pollnivneach course now has better checks to stop you going the wrong way or skipping obstacles. A lot of people had been skipping the rough wall after the first tree jump, thus denying themselves the course completion bonus.
