The Ranging Guild Ticket Exchange is an archery shop in the Ranging Guild that sells Ranged equipment in exchange for Archery tickets.
You buy the whole quantity of items for the indicated price. That is, for example, you buy 30 Barb bolttips at once for 140 Archery tickets.
