The restless ghost is the ghost that appears during The Restless Ghost quest.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
The restless ghost can be spoken to at any point of the game, but you will need a ghostspeak amulet from Father Urhney who lives in a shack on the other side of the Lumbridge Swamp. After you have spoken to him (while having the amulet) you will need to get his skull from the altar in the basement of the Wizards' Tower.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- The Ghost will stop talking to you after completing the quest.
