12 January 2020 Spineweilder The Depths of Despair Sixty years ago, the Royal Accord of Twill, a document of great historical significance of Great Kourend, was planned to be sent to the Grand Museum of Civitas illa Fortis in the Kingdom of Varlamore as a symbol of goodwill in repairing the relations between the two kingdoms after the war with each other. Alas, the ship carrying the Accord was swept beneath the waves after a great storm.

Despite a decades long search, the Accord was never recovered. However, Artur, son of the Lord of the Hosidius House, continues the search on his own without his father's knowledge. Concerned that his son has gone missing, he is seeking the aid of an adventurer to bring his son back home from The Depths of Despair...

Released on the 9th of November 2017, The Depths of Despair is a novice level quest involving Hosidius and is the fourth of the introductory quests in the Great Kourend quest series.

3 January 2020 Spineweilder Consortium The Consortium is a large trading organisation composed of the eight largest mining companies in the dwarven capital city of Keldagrim. The headquarters for the consortium, known as the Trade Octagon, is located on the top floor of the palace, which spans the river in the centre of Keldagrim.

There are eight companies in the Consortium. Each company helps to decide not only what is best for their company's individual needs, but helps to ensure that the city is led properly.

28 December 2019 Spineweilder Song of the Elves Our story begins with you, the hero, answering the call to adventure when Edmond, a resident of Ardougne, asks for your aid. By rescuing his daughter Elena from Plague City, the quarantined West Ardougne, you begin to unravel the mystery surrounding the disease. With her help, you discover the plague is a hoax - a plot by King Lathas to section off the West Ardougne. By confronting him, you find out this was done to protect the rest of Gielinor from the threat in the elven lands.

The king sends you on a mission to travel through the Underground Pass and help his ally, Lord Iorwerth, in eradicating his brother King Tyras who threatens to revive the mysterious Dark Lord. After an arduous journey through the pass, you meet with Iorwerth and his forces to end Tyras' evil once and for all.

Upon your return to Lathas you are intercepted by Arianwyn, a rebel elf who opposes Lord Iorwerth. He informs you of Lathas and Iorwerth's deception. They manipulated you into removing their final opposition and were now free to bring the Dark Lord back to Gielinor for their own intentions. You work with the elven rebellion to discover the purpose of the plague was to disguise the digsite of the long lost Temple of Light. An ancient place that is key to bringing back the Dark Lord.

To make amends for your past mistakes and put a halt in King Lathas' and Lord Iorwerth's plans, you solve the intricate light puzzle designed to protect the Death altar within the temple. After sealing off the temple and preventing the return of the Dark Lord, it's now time to turn your attention to King Lathas Lord Iorwerth and end their schemes once and for all in Song of the Elves.

21 December 2019 Spineweilder Great Kourend/Development history Great Kourend is one of Old School's most unique places. Released on 7 January 2016, it did not always look like the way it did today. Rather, it looked quite unnatural, and was an eyesore of the players until its rework in the same year.

From the initial "too squared" city to the grand kingdom it is today, see how the continent pitched by Mod Reach in 2014 has changed, with the efforts of GentleTractor, Mod West, Mod Ed and many others.

14 December 2019 Spineweilder The Fremennik Exiles The Fremennik bards often sing tales of the past. Of great battles, deadly foes and heroes long gone. However, in recent years, things have been much quieter in the Fremennik Province, with the bards having few things to sing about. All that is about to change though, as what starts off as a simple investigation soon leads to one of the greatest threats the Fremennik have ever seen.

The Fremennik Exiles is a master quest released on 26 September 2019 after passing the quest's poll, and rewards includes access to an upgrade to the iconic Helm of Neitiznot.

7 December 2019 Spineweilder Sorcerer's Tower Just north-west of the Legends' Guild lies a tower with magic trees, a sorcerer obsessed with scorpions and most importantly, some flax.

At the Sorcerer's Tower, players may begin the Scorpion Catcher quest by talking to Thormac, the completion of which allows the player to pay Thormac 40,000 coins to enchant any elemental battlestaff into a mystic staff. However, this only enhances the melee attack bonuses of the staff...

30 November 2019 Spineweilder Animal Magnetism Draynor Manor has a new resident and, adventurers rejoice, she is a damsel in distress. Far from being Sleeping Beauty, she finds the Manor's beds not to her liking and is suffering from insomniac nights. If you fancy yourself able to aid Ava in her search for a good night's sleep, who knows what the budding scientist will produce as a reward?

Animal Magnetism was originally released on 12 December 2006 and introduced the iconic Ava's devices that is a must-have for rangers.

23 November 2019 Spineweilder Rooftop Agility Courses #2 Repeat of 17 September 2017 entry
16 November 2019 Scuzzy Beta Creature of Fenkenstrain Alone in the medieval castle just north of the Haunted Woods, a mad scientist plots his next move. The castle, once belonging to a powerful family, has since fallen into disrepair. Yet the current owner, Dr Fenkenstrain, is in no shape to tend to the upkeep himself.

In an attempt to recruit more help to his castle, he begins an experiment to bring a dead body to life, utilising that nasty brain in a jar that's been a total eyesore at the Hair of the Dog Inn. However, unbeknownst to the dear old doctor, the brain belonged to that of someone who used to live in the castle! And truth be told, he isn't too happy that someone else has been sleeping in his bed…

Creature of Fenkenstrain was released on the 31st of January 2005, the completion of which rewards you with the Ring of Charos, a valuable per-requisite for several quests.

9 November 2019 Spineweilder Myths' Guild #2 Repeat of 7 January 2018 entry
2 November 2019 Scuzzy Beta Achievement Gallery #2 You've completed all the quests, slayed all the menacing and ferocious monsters, traversed hundreds and thousands of kilometers across the land! Plus, you have the capes, jewelry, wealth and e-gf to show for it too! "So what's the next step?", you think to yourself on your gold encrusted throne. Why, show it off to everybody of course!

At level 80 Construction, (or 75 if you've been hitting one too many of those spicy stews), you can build an Achievement Gallery in your player-owned home. This will allow you a comfy and cozy place to display your capes, show off your completed quests, switch your spellbook, and follow dance with that e-gf you just picked up at the Grand Exchange!

The achievement gallery was just one of several new rooms added in the Construction Expansion update of 2016.

26 October 2019 Spineweilder Gems Gems can be obtained from Mining, as a frequent drop from a wide range of monsters via part of the rare drop table, occasionally given out as gifts from various random events, or from trading with other players. Some gems can be purchased or sold (or stolen) at a gem shop identified with a red gem icon on the map (Gem shop icon.png).

Using the Crafting skill, gems can be cut and made into jewellery and then enchanted using the Magic skill. Gems can also be cut into gem bolt tips.

19 October 2019 Scuzzy Beta Ironman Mode So you consider yourself a RuneScape veteran. However you, like most players can't help but experience the occasional burnout. Well, boy do I have the product for you… Reinvigorate your Old School RuneScape experience with the all new Ironman Mode!

"What does it do?", you might ask. The way Ironman Mode works is by removing all the unnecessary parts of your daily gaming experience, such as trading and player interaction. Not good enough for you? For the low, low cost of $0.00, you can upgrade your Ironman experience to Hardcore, where just like in real life, you die after being killed once. For another premium fee of 'free', we can prohibit your access to the most unnecessary feature of the game - the bank! Apply today, by the way!

Ironman mode is an alternative game mode of Old School RuneScape with a heavy focus on self sufficiency, released on the 13th of October 2014.

12 October 2019 Spineweilder Fishing Guild West of the small, quiet fishing town that is Hemenster lies a guild reserved for the master very good baiters. To enter, players must have a Fishing level of 68. Here, the best fishing spots are gathered in a large lake where players can catch sharks, lobsters, tuna, and swordfish.

If you're sporting the finest fishing gear, are a true master very good baiter (with level 82 Fishing) and are looking for something more engaging, try talking to Kylie Minnow (who looks like there is something that she just can't get out of her head) to head to the lake's fishing platform; she's been having a spot of bother catching the minnow found within the enclosure on the lake.

5 October 2019 Scuzzy Beta Misthalin Mystery Wandering around the gloomy and puzzling labyrinthine mazes of the Misthalin forest, you happen to stumble upon a well lit home. "Finally," you think to yourself, "This must be Draynor Manor - I can find my way back to the Village from here." However, lone adventurer, you were sadly mistaken, for this residence purveys much more evil than initially meets the eye.

Motivated by girl's desperate plea for help, you enter the home. Once inside, it is immediately clear that spooky mansions should never be trusted, as the events that unfold in this once bourgeoisie residence have no place in high society, especially when considering that bloodstained knife on the floor… But that may be the least of your concerns right now, judging by that high pitched scream coming from the kitchen!

Misthalin Mystery was originally released on the 20th of October 2016 as the game's yearly Halloween event, but due to popular demand was added as a permanent quest during January the following year.

28 September 2019 Spineweilder Dragonkin Conflicts The Dragonkin Conflicts were a series of attacks by the Necrosyrtes, a group of Dragonkin who spread terror to cool their rage.

Starting immediately after the God Wars, the conflicts lasted for approximately a hundred years until the Dragonkin's defeat at the hands of exceptional heroes, such as Robert the Strong, Camorra Shayzien, Tristan Corvo and Aivas.

Now, the Dragonkin are but a myth to many, but their legacies remain throughout the world in the form of their many experiments...

21 September 2019 Scuzzy Beta Random events Allow me to set the scene - You're deep in the caves, mining away the day for meagre pay in the form of copper and tin ore in a desperate attempt to support your membership by way of bonds… when suddenly, your pickaxe handle flies off and hits you in the face! Unlucky? Maybe… Random? Certainly! This is a mysterious phenomenon known as a Random Event!

Whether it be the nefarious doings of an evil chicken, or the good deeds of Rick Turpentine, random events almost always gives you an opportunity to break the oftentimes monotonous pacing of everyday skilling. Some, such as the certer may even be helpful to those with the ever-elusive "by-the-way" status, as they may award useful items such as snapdragons. Others may reward unique costumes, to live out your childhood dream as dressing up as a frog in a computer game from 2001. Whatever the case may be, make sure to think long and hard about whether you want to dismiss an event for being a nuisance! Well… maybe don't think too hard about dismissing the beekeeper.

Random events were introduced in 2004 alongside the release of RuneScape 2 as a macroing countermeasure, but have since been superseded by much more advanced and reliable bot detection software. However, due to them being an iconic staple of Old School RuneScape, they remain in the game, albeit with several quality of life fixes, and with some of the more annoying ones removed outright.

14 September 2019 Scuzzy Beta Gnome Restaurant #2 Gnome cuisine is well known all over Gielinor for its unusual ingredients and unique flavours. Toad battas and worm crunchies are two of the more popular dishes that most humans turn their noses up at, but for travel-worn gnomes a long way from the Grand Tree, gnomish foods are a sweet taste of home.

Aluft Gianne snr.'s entrepreneurial son, Gianne jnr., has also set up a food delivery business right next to his dad's restaurant. Once trained you will be asked to make and deliver gnome foods to gnomes all over the world. But don't take too long, time is of the essence!

After a more challenging delivery, you may find your customers are so pleased that they will give you an extra special tip - maybe some new gnomish explorer's equipment, or standard issue gnome pilot's clothing!

7 September 2019 Scuzzy Beta The Giant Dwarf A normal steamboat ride through the underground dwarven capital city of Keldagrim takes a turn for the worst when you crash into one of the city's most historic monuments - a giant statue of the great King Alvis.

Arrested by the Black Guard but acquitted due to being a mere passenger, you are released but not before Commander Veldaban requests your assistance in rebuilding the great statue. A task that is easier said than done. First you must find an eligible sculptor, and once you do, you require regalia fit for a king… or at least a model of one. All of this while experiencing the xenophobic behaviours of the dwarves who seldom interact with a human.

As if that wasn't enough, disagreements in the Consortium soon arise regarding who's face deserves to be on the statue. If this isn't solved gracefully, the consequences may be catastrophic. So, with that said… are you still up for the task of rebuilding The Giant Dwarf?

The Giant Dwarf is the first quest in the Rise of the Red Axe Quest series, originally released in May 2005.

31 August 2019 Spineweilder A Taste of Hope For many years, the Myreque have fought back against the reign of the Drakans. In recent times, the Myreque have been beset by disaster, with numerous members meeting a gruesome end at the hands of Vanstrom Klause, the brutal henchman of the Drakans.

However, while the Myreque may be in their darkest hour, hope still remains. Will you and the Myreque finally give the people of Morytania A Taste of Hope?

A Taste of Hope is an Experienced-level quest and is the fourth installment of the Myreque quest series, released on 24 May 2018.

24 August 2019 Scuzzy Beta Crack the Clue In the dead of summer, lost in the seldom seen forums, was a post outlined by Mod Ronan, outlining a small update that would become one of the greatest mysteries in Old School RuneScape, and possibly gaming, history - Crack the Clue.

Over the next four weeks, cryptic clues were released detailing where players could find pieces of a cosmetic outfit. However, although all previous clues were solved, the helmet remained unclaimed.

Over a year passes, and the Old School RuneScape community's efforts to find the helmet have proved fruitless. Despite several more clues, and wild conspiracy theories presented by Twitter, Reddit, Forums and so forth, the Helm of Raedwald remained unclaimed… until the dawn of the three hundred seventy seventh day.

17 August 2019 Spineweilder Grand Library On the top of Tower of Voices lies a teleportation platform to the Prifddinas Grand Library. But wait! This isn't the same library you visited during Song of the Elves! You instead arrive at a different section the Grand Library that was opened up to other races, with the other parts of the Grand Library, including the part you had the great pleasure of visiting during the quest, were decided to remain a place for elves only...

Nonetheless, with other races being able to visit this small section of the Grand Library, new additions from far and wide have been added to the bookshelves. Why not jump in and read a few of them? There are 13 books that can only be found here!

10 August 2019 Scuzzy Beta Mountain Daughter West of Death Plateau lay a peaceful tribe of nature loving people whom disagreed with the industry focused ideals of the Fremennik. Despite this, they seem rather hostile to anyone who expresses interest in entering their camp.

When inquiring as to why this may be, Hamal the Cheiftan explains that xenophobia amongst the camp has peaked since a merchant named Svidi, and the cheif's own daughter, Asleif Hamalsdotter, went missing. However, after much debate, he decided that it'd be best for an outsider to look for them.

What lay in store beyond the mountain caverns, however? It's said only the 'creatures' deep in the caves know...

Mountain Daughter is a quest in the Fremennik quest series. Released in 2005, it's the first quest to not be directly in the quest line that began with The Fremennik Trials.

27 July 2019 Scuzzy Beta Biohazard A plague has broken out in West Ardougne! It seems terrible, and the mourners aren't letting up either. Elena has a plan though - collect some samples from the afflicted, and bring them to Guidor in Varrock. Seems simple enough, right?

Well, between breaking into Mourner HQ, stealing a bird cage, and impersonating a medical professional, it may not be as easy as you once thought. After all, this isn't just any type of hazard...

Biohazard was released on the 23rd of October, 2002, and is the second quest in the recently completed Elf quest line.

20 July 2019 Spineweilder Monkey Madness I The 10th Squad, envoy of the Royal Guard loyal to King Narnode Shareen, were ordered to oversee the decommissioning of a large shipyard in eastern Karamja, which was being used to create a fleet of over 500 ships that were going to be used to invade the human kingdoms of Misthalin, Asgarnia, and Kandarin under the orders of the anti-human extremist, Glough.

Unfortunately, their expedition was blown off course by strong southerly winds and they were forced to crash land their military gliders upon the appropriately named Crash Island. It will be up to you, should you decide to help, to find out what fate befell the 10th squad and if possible, track them down. However, there may be more to the story than meets the eye...

13 July 2019 Scuzzy Beta Curse of the Empty Lord Valdez the Explorer - It is a name known to only a select few. It is foretold that this man was lucky enough to find an elder artefact of immense power - and yet, unlucky enough to anger a god to the point of banishment into the realm of shadows. It just so happens that with a ring and necklace, you have the power to commune with him. Begging for your help, you are commissioned to investigate the circumstances regarding Valdez's curse. However, things quickly turn out to be not as simple as they once seemed, and after a long series of interrogations, you find yourself at the Morytania Slayer Tower. While the quest may soon be coming to a close at this point, the mysteries are only just beginning.

Curse of the Empty Lord is a miniquest released on 12 February 2007 which continues the events of Desert Treasure. Upon completion, the quest rewards some snazzy translucent ghostly robes.

6 July 2019 Spineweilder Clan Wars Do you want to fight your friends in teams in an all out battle, without the risk of the Wilderness? 22 June 2019 Scuzzy Beta Wilderness God Wars Dungeon Ever since you were an up and coming noob, fresh off Terrova from Tutorial Island, you've always been told two things. That you should never wander into the Wilderness unless you're prepared to lose your items, and should only tackle the God Wars dungeon once you've got plenty of experience. But you're not the noob you once were - After spending several tireless hours getting bond, you decide that it is finally time to take on the God Wars Dungeons' several generals - But you had your compass oriented wrong, got your wiki tabs confused, and now you've ended up in the worst possible amalgamation of every noob's worst fear - The Wilderness God Wars Dungeon.

The God Wars Dungeon north of Trollheim was once believed to house the only surviving troops of the Gielinorian God Wars, which has continued since the beginning of the Third Age. However, recently seismic activity in the Wilderness revealed a fissure that contained another section of the God Wars Dungeon. Despite the absence of the four conflict generals, the dungeon is home to several commonly assigned slayer creatures and the highly coveted ecumenical key, which can store the 40 kills needed to open the boss doors in the main dungeon.

The Wilderness God Wars Dungeon was added during the Wilderness Rejuvenation update on the 13th of March 2014, after passing Old School Feature Poll #15 with 76.8% of the vote.

15 June 2019 Spineweilder A Soul's Bane A strange rift has opened west of the Digsite, with strange beasts that defy the already illogical logic of Gielinorian physics and creatures that instill fear into anyone who comes their way. Journey down into the rift for an adventure full of ANGER and fear, as twisted monsters drive you to never ending confusion and hopelessness! Will you find the lost son, or will you succumb to the beasts beneath?

8 June 2019 Scuzzy Beta Rum Deal Yo-ho-ho and a bottle of... 'stuff'?

A pirate's life for me - and that pirate life involves a lot of rum. That's right - This isn't your normal nautical adventure. Set sail to the secluded Braindeath Island, and help Captain Braindeath create some 'rum' potent enough to knock the decomposing flesh off of Captain Donnie. But of course, it's going to be much more difficult than first thought. Between zombie pirates, a new type of herb, cute kitty cats and stagnant water, this is going to turn out to be one hell of a Rum Deal.

Rum Deal was released Halloween 2005, and cemented the pirate quests as more comedic in tone than other similar quests.

1 June 2019 Spineweilder Champions' Challenge The Champions' Guild may look plain and uninteresting at first sight compared to other guilds, but it is actually home to a rather interesting bunch of pugilists, gladiators and top-notch combatants from all over Gielinor. If you're really lucky, you may find that killing the weak and innocent creatures of RuneScape will end up with you being challenged to a duel by the champion of that race.

These champions do not challenge just anyone though, and it may take quite some time before they acknowledge your prowess. Do you have what it takes to take down all of these mighty fighters?

25 May 2019 Scuzzy Beta Motherlode Mine #2 "Man, I could really go for some nuggets," you think to yourself. But you weren't talking about chicken - you were clearly referencing the currency of The Motherlode Mine. Discovered by Prospector Percy, the mine offers several ore veins. All of these veins can provide pay-dirt, which in turn can be cleaned for a wide variety of ores - or if you're lucky, a golden nugget. These elusive nuggets can be traded in for the even more elusive Prospector's outfit, among other helpful mining tools.

So what are you waiting for? Come on down to Prospector Percy's Motherlode Mine and get yourself some nuggets!

Help Cyrisus overcome his fears and self doubts and fulfil his dream of becoming an adventurer - one chicken at a time.

11 May 2019 Scuzzy Beta Mage Training Arena So, you thought that just because you graduated from the prestigious school of Rune Mysteries that you have enough pizazz to be king of all wizards or something? Those victorious will earn Castle wars tickets to spend at Lanthus' shop for some fashionable rewards.

Will you fight for Saradomin or Zamorak? Or will you follow the way of Guthix and help keep the balance by picking a random team?

27 April 2019 Scuzzy Beta Holy Grail Everyone has heard of the tale of yore - A quest of epic proportions done by one of the famous Knights of the Round Table, in order to retrieve an ancient relic or unimaginable power. What they didn't know, however, was that all the work was done by a lonely adventurer seeking out Prayer and Defense experience!

Meanwhile, the frail king of the Grail waits anxiously atop his castle, eagerly waiting for his son - his successor - to take the throne and bring the kingdom back to it's once luscious state. Can you be the one to help him? And will this result in a heavenly reward?

Released on the 23rd of July 2002, Holy Grail is the 30th quest to be released in RuneScape, and the 13th members quest. It is considered by many to be one of the all time classic RuneScape quests.

20 April 2019 Scuzzy Beta Garden of Tranquillity Varrock Palace has a garden fit for a queen. At least, it should be, but much to the dismay of the distinguished Queen Ellamaria Remanis, all those pesky gardeners managed to do was install a flower bed full of weeds. This simply won't do!

Begrudgingly tasked with the revitalisation of the royal garden, you must convince farmers all over Gielinor to give you their most precious seeds. An impossible feat, for sure - if it weren't for the ring on your finger and the charm in your voice. All in the name of creating a tranquil garden.

Released on the 30th of August 2005, Garden of Tranquillity was the second quest after the release of the Farming skill to have a level as a prerequisite, and the first one to feature it heavily.

13 April 2019 Scuzzy Beta Cold War There's nothing worse than nobody believing a tragic event that happened to you. Following a similar predicament, former Ardougne Zoo employee Charlie might seem a little bit mad - and have an unnecessary suspicion of penguins. However, after accompanying him to the unnamed iceberg north of Rellekka, you realise that it might not all be horse-hockey.

The mission is simple: Disguise yourself as one of the many flightless birds in the area and help Charlie prove his sanity to all the people that disbelieved him. One thing leads to another, from destroyed watchtowers to fake IDs to cowbells, and all of a sudden that simple mission isn't so easy anymore.

Released on the 29th of January 2007, Cold War is the first quest in the Penguin quest line, and the only one to exist in Old School RuneScape.

6 April 2019 Spineweilder Kourend Woodland The Kourend Woodland is an area in the southern coast of Great Kourend. Here, various woodland creatures such as chinchompas and copper longtails can be seen roaming the area, and various rare trees can be found throughout the woodland.

A small barbarian settlement is located here as well, just south of the Woodcutting Guild. In the southernmost side, a small port within the town of Land's End can be used to travel.

There are more hidden gems within the Woodland; why not take A Walk in the Woods?

30 March 2019 Spineweilder Farming Guild The Farming Guild is a members-only guild located within the Kebos Lowlands. The guild is one of the most popular guilds, and is unique in that it is separated into three tiers, with each tier requiring an increasing Farming level to enter and having access to more features and farming patches. To enter the guild, a minimum farming level of 45 is required along with 60% Hosidius favour.

The guild was founded by Jane, the guildmaster, along with other fellow Hosidius farmers after the Shayzien army cleared out the lizardmen in the surrounding area. Despite the risks of the lizardmen just across River Molch, the discoveries made here, along with the heat coming from Mount Karuulm just north-east, allows the guild to grow flora that would never survive in Great Kourend's climate.

23 March 2019 Spineweilder The Ascent of Arceuus Repeat of 9 February 2019 entry
16 March 2019 Spineweilder The Forsaken Tower Over one thousand years ago, the Wintertodt brought unfathomable cold to the northern reaches of Great Kourend, causing what was once farmland to become the inhospitable Northern Tundras. Decades later, it was successfully imprisoned behind the great Doors of Dinh, where it remains to this day.

However, the doors have begun to fail and the Wintertodt has begun to draw a small amount of power into the prison. If the Doors are not repaired in time, the Wintertodt could soon break free and wreak havoc on Great Kourend once more...

Released on the 10th of January 2019, The Forsaken Tower is a novice level quest involving Lovakengj and is sixth of the introductory quests in the Great Kourend quest series.

9 March 2019 Spineweilder Tale of the Righteous Just over a thousand years ago, the violent King Shayzien VII sought to expand the territory of Great Kourend, focusing westwards in the Kebos Lowlands. Gnome children were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of Saradomin Brews danced in their heads.
However, something ever more sinister wass afoot; old Mister Anti-Santa was up to no good.
There he was, standing atop Burthorpe Castle, but his only impression of the holidays were hassle.
"It's not fair!", he bellowed, year after year, "Why do the adventurers spread all this warm Christmas cheer?"
So he went on his ways, bringing sadness to all, in hopes that the concept of Christmas might one day fall.
It's not like he did this out of pure spite, he had a reason behind it - convince him otherwise try as you might.
He thought that Christmas is a way for humans to cope, with the depression and anxiety, and all loss of hope.
He thought to himself "This holiday is a false reality, mortals must realise this. I will make them all see."
His thinking was shortsighted, naive and in vain, for Christmas isn't about suppressing bad feelings and pain!
What Anti-Santa failed to comprehend, is that Christmas is about celebration, with family and friends.
Nonetheless, he continued to flesh out his intent, to ruin everyone's holiday, on this he was hellbent.
A single adventurer saw through his plan, and with the help of St. Nick, Anti-Santa's conquest was canned.
"NO! This cannot be!" he shrieked in surprise, "I'll get you next year, that move was unwise."
He made a hasty retreat, and the day was saved. It was all thanks to the adventurer, heroics so brave.
Everyone everywhere erupted in cheer, for it looks like Christmas was back on this year.
And you swore, if you caught the wind just right, You could hear Santa saying:
"Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
