Tracks 2021 Birthday event progression. Changes various NPCs, dialogue, and item behaviour.

After the 2021 Birthday event was removed on 17 March 2021, this varbit kept its value from progression acquired during the event. After 17 March 2021, the game world is treated mostly as before the 2021 Birthday event existed; Luthas continues to have additional dialogue if the player asked Zeke about it (RuneScape:Varbit/11841).

Searching Zeke's crates will prompt: You search the crate but find nothing.
By default during the event, invisible NPCs inhabit the Lumbridge Castle dining room. They are: null (10612/Awowogei), null (10613/Zeke). null (10614/Eluned), null (10615/Mofina), and null (6817/Duke Horacio).
By default during the event, invisible animal NPCs inhabit in and around Lumbridge. They are: null (10616/Sheep), null (10617/Cow), and null (10618/Monkey on unicorn).
By default during the event, there are invisible caged monkey game objects in the Lumbridge Castle dining room next to the northern wall which block movement. They are: Caged monkey (Aereck) (41009), Caged monkey (Bob) (41007), Caged monkey (Sheep) (41012), Caged monkey (Donie) (41008), Caged monkey (Cow) (41011), and Caged monkey (Unicorn) (41010).

Set when Duke Horacio says: Now my citizens are under attack and I fear that I've only made things worse.
Additionally, the following varbits have their values initialized to 1: RS:Varbit/11835, RS:Varbit/11837, RS:Varbit/11836, RS:Varbit/11839, RS:Varbit/11838, RS:Varbit/11834.
Various human NPCs get replaced by their variants with a monkey on the back. Bob (10582) is replaced with Bob (10610). Father Aereck (10568) is replaced with Father Aereck (10565). Donie (10562) is replaced with Donie (10563).
Various animal NPCs with monkeys on top of them appear. null (10616) is replaced with Sheep (10594). null (10617) is replaced with Cow (10598). null (10618) is replaced with Monkey on unicorn (10603).
Talking to Duke Horacio about the birthday event skips to Now my citizens are under attack and I fear that I've only made things worse.
Searching Zeke's crates will prompt Zeke to say: Leave that barrel[sic] alone! That property doesn't belong to you!

Talking to Duke Horacio about the birthday event starts from: Have you spoken to Zeke?, to which the player denies: No, not yet. Where can I find Zeke again?
This is one of the last opportunities to get coins from Duke Horacio for the RS:Varbit/11842 switch.
Zeke's crates will be replaced with a Banana Barrel and Bamboo Barrel, respectively. The game object IDs for the crates and barrels don't change; the multiview of the ID's 3D model changes.
Player can talk to Zeke about the 8th birthday event.
Taking from Zeke's barrels will prompt Zeke to say: Leave that barrel alone! That property doesn't belong to you!

Set after Zeke says You're going to need to make one for each monkey, so 6 traps in total and you'll need a knife to construct each trap., when the dialogue options are shown.
This is the earliest opportunity to get a knife from Zeke for the RS:Varbit/11840 switch.
This is the earliest opportunity to ask Zeke about premium bananas for the RS:Varbit/11841 switch to change Luthas' dialogue.
Zeke's dialogue about 8th birthday event continues from dialogue options (questions).
Talking to Duke Horacio about the birthday event starts from: Have you spoken to Zeke?, to which the player agrees: Yes, Zeke may have his own motivations for helping but he agreed to teach me how to make some traps for these monkeys.
This is the earliest opportunity the player is allowed to take bananas and bamboos from Zeke's barrels.
Place-trap monkey cages anywhere, including near the monkeys, prompts the player to state: The Duke asked me to return to him after speaking to Zeke before trying to capture any monkeys. This also applies to using a monkey cage on any of the affected NPCs.

Set when Duke Horacio says: You don't have space in your inventory for the list. Return to me when you do., if the player failed to receive the list of monkey sightings the first time.
Duke's dialogue will be shorter: Good to see you [player name]. While you were gone I was able to work with the Lumbridge Guide to compile a list of all the monkey sightings., followed by attempting to give the player monkey sightings again.
No change to monkey cage place-trap behaviour.

Monkey cage place-trap behaviour changes to guide the player to use them near designated monkeys, and allows cutscenes to trigger.

When all of RS:Varbit/11835, RS:Varbit/11837, RS:Varbit/11836, RS:Varbit/11839, RS:Varbit/11838 and RS:Varbit/11834 values are set to 0 by catching all six monkeys, queues the player to exclaim immediately after the cutscene: That's the last of the monkeys caught. I should go and return them all to the Duke of Lumbridge. This is repeatable.
No changes to Zeke's dialogue or barrels, even if the player has six caged monkeys in inventory.
This is the last opportunity to borrow a knife from Zeke.
This is the last opportunity to ask Zeke about premium bananas for the RS:Varbit/11841 switch to change Luthas' dialogue.[note 1]
Dialogue with Duke Horacio about the 8th birthday will change to: I've captured all of the monkeys!
If any of RS:Varbit/11835, RS:Varbit/11837, RS:Varbit/11836, RS:Varbit/11839, RS:Varbit/11838 and RS:Varbit/11834 values are set to 1 by releasing any of the caged monkeys, the player's response is: Wait... hold on. I know I put them somewhere.
If all of RS:Varbit/11835, RS:Varbit/11837, RS:Varbit/11836, RS:Varbit/11839, RS:Varbit/11838 and RS:Varbit/11834 values are set to 0 (the player has all six caged monkeys), the response is: You hand the monkeys over to the Duke. and this value is set to 40.
Duke Horacio's dialogue no longer offers the player a list of monkey sightings in any condition, even if the list is lost or a monkey is freed.

This removes the following items from the player: Bob's caged monkey, Aereck's caged monkey, Donie's caged monkey, Sheep's caged monkey, Cow's caged monkey, Unicorn's caged monkey, all premium bananas, all bamboos, and the list of monkey sightings.
Removes Could I borrow a knife? and What do I have to do again? dialogue options from Zeke. Where did you get premium bananas? will be available, but will not change Luthas' dialogue.[note 1]
Taking from Zeke's barrels at Al-Kharid will be denied by Zeke: What are you doing?
Various NPCs appear in the Lumbridge Castle's dining room. null (10612) is replaced with Awowogei (10570). null (10613) is replaced with Zeke (10571). null (10614) is replaced with Eluned (10572). null (10615) is replaced with Mofina (10573). null (6817) is replaced with Duke Horacio (10569).
The behavior of the door to Lumbridge Castle's dining room during the Recipe for Disaster quest and this event is undescribed.
The party guests in Lumbridge Castle's dining room Awowogei (10570), Zeke (10571), Eluned (10572), Mofina (10573) have a generic dialogue when talked to: I think the Duke would like to speak with you.
The previously invisible caged monkeys in the Lumbridge Castle dining room have their multiview changed to a visible 3D model. Caged monkey (Aereck) (41009), Caged monkey (Bob) (41007), Caged monkey (Sheep) (41012), Caged monkey (Donie) (41008), Caged monkey (Cow) (41011), and Caged monkey (Unicorn) (41010) can be seen and talked to.

Set when the player sees The Duke awards you a Cursed banana. or The Duke awards you a Cursed banana and a Banana cape., when talking to Duke Horacio (10569) in the dining room.
This also sets RS:Varbit/5597 and RS:Varbit/5598 values to 1. (Unlocks Smooth dance and Crazy dance emotes.)
RS:Varplayer/1681 may be set from 0 to 4. (Unlocks the Museum Medley music track.)
If the player's inventory was full when talking to Duke Horacio in the dining room, the player won't see the above message and thus this varbit's value remains at 40.
Remove's upstairs Duke Horacio's (815) dialogue option to talk about 8th birthday event.
Duke Horacio's (10569) dialogue in the dining room changes to Ah, [player name]. I hope you are enjoying the party?
The party guests in Lumbridge Castle's dining room Awowogei (10570), Zeke (10571), Eluned (10572), Mofina (10573) have their personalized dialogue when talked to.
Zeke's barrels at Al-Kharid retain their multiview model as barrels.
Zeke's dialogue options remain unchanged from value 40.
