The Rune temple sign is located on the wall just south of the Cosmic Altar. The sign reads "Cosmic Rune Altar", written using strange fairy symbols. During the Fairytale II - Cure a Queen quest, the sign must be read in order to decipher the description on the back of Fairy Nuff's certificate.
