ScarFace Pete

ScarFace Pete is a pirate from the Heroes' Quest, from whom players must steal a candlestick for the Phoenix Gang and Black Arm Gang.

As his name suggests, it is most probable that the name Scarface came from the movie Scarface, a 1983 movie. Another reference to Scarface in Runescape can be found during the Wanted! quest.
