Silver sickle (b) detail.png

The silver sickle (b) is a silver sickle that was blessed by dipping it in the grotto water after completion of Nature Spirit. It protects the player from the swamp's decaying effects when wielded or in the inventory. This item can be used during the quest In Aid of the Myreque. There is a possibility of this item being needed for Fairytale I - Growing Pains.

Note: To obtain the silver sickle (b) after the quest use a silver sickle on the altar of nature found in the nature grotto.

The sickle has a right-click "bloom" option which can be used next to rotten logs, branches or bushes in Mort Myre swamp to obtain Mort myre fungi, stems and pears. This costs 1-6 prayer points per cast, and cannot be used if the player has no prayer points remaining. These items can be used to fill the Druid pouch which allows the player to fight Ghasts.

The blessed silver sickle can be turned into an emerald sickle (b) or ruby sickle (b) by using it with a cut emerald or ruby after completing A Taste of Hope.

It can also be used to harm Vampyres and Vampyre Juvinates, but is not recommended due to its weak stats.

The player can reclaim the sickle at the old Myreque Hideout next to Old Man Ral after the completion of A Taste of Hope.

Casting Bloom with the blessed silver sickle now produces twice as much Mort Myre fungi if you have completed the Morytania Hard Diary.
