The Skeleton leggings are an untradeable cosmetic item. They are part of the skeleton outfit, which can be obtained by completing one of the Halloween holiday events that occur once per year.

The skeleton outfit was also dropped from 24 June - 1 July 2013 across Gielinor, where players would find them spawn on the ground across in random pre-set locations all over RuneScape.

This item can be stored in the toy box space of a costume room, as part of the 2006: Spooky outfit. Ultimate Ironmen may be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
