Sleeping bags are found in the western side of the Realm of Memories, they are homage to the fatigue system that existed back in RuneScape Classic.

Players can use them, which causes the screen to go black for a few seconds with the message: "You feel your fatigue drain..." appearing on the screen. The black screen is followed by the message: "You wake up feeling refreshed. It felt easier than it did in the old days." 10% run energy is restored in the process.
