Sloane is a warrior and master of Strength who can be found outside the shot put room on the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US] of the Warriors' Guild. If a player has achieved 99 Strength, they can purchase a Strength cape and its respective hood from him for 99,000 coins. To enter the Warriors' Guild, one must have a total Strength and Attack level of 130 or higher, or a 99 in one of the two skills.
He shows his strength by wielding a huge axe in one hand. He humblebrags about how he won it after using brain over brawn in a one-handed squirrel-catching competition with a Barbarian.
Note: If a player has multiple 99s, they will receive the trimmed variant of the cape instead.
