Swashbuckler is a Steam achievement task, which requires the player to "Equip a Mithril Scimitar" in order to be completed. Completing this achievement requires players to have level 
20 Attack, in order to equip mithril weaponry.
A mithril scimitar may be obtained by buying it from Zeke's Superior Scimitars in Al Kharid, or from other players through the Grand Exchange.
