Magic, or range/ stab?[edit source]
The table on the right says that dust devils have a weakness to magic, however in the main article it states that they are weak to range/ stab attacks. Which one is it? I've been using a leaf-blade sword on stab at it seems to be hittng quite effectively, but some clarification is needed for this page.
- The Monster Examine spell shows that it is weak to magic. I've removed the mentioned statement. -- SpineTalk 23:49, June 19, 2016 (UTC)

Gem drop table[edit source]
Two ranges 5-1 4, 23-16 7 = 11/128 to hit GDT
Range 100-81 19/128 to hit HDT - Dust devils have herb drop table. All the herbs that it drops are there, rates unknown.. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 220.127.116.11 (talk) on 15:24, 21 May 2018 (UTC).
Attack Style[edit source]
I'm very confused about the style of attack used by Dust Devils. It can be blocked by Protection from Melee, but Monster Examine has it being "ranged". The Wiki said Melee, but I was having better success in my karils, leading me to believe it was magical melee. Please help. Stabf (talk) 06:24, 29 September 2019 (UTC)
Dust devils attack with range based melee. You must have just had strange rng, I always used bandos before catacombs came out. Double checked with monster examine, and other magic based melee attackers (bloodveld and jellies) state attack style as magic. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 18.104.22.168 (talk) on 23:48, 28 November 2019 (UTC).
