Ice Troll Runts north of Neitiznot dropping loot from both variant 1 table and variant 2 table[edit source]

I'm playing on an Ironman and am currently farming a Rune Warhammer from the variant 1 drop table. The ice troll runts I am killing one the ones across the first bridge north of Neitiznot, the spawns that are commonly fighting with 3 Honour Guards.

According to current info, these spawns should be variant 1 however, I've been seeing steel warhammers and mithril sq shields, drops from the variant 2 table. With that said, I've also seen Adamant Full Helms, drops from the variant 1 table.

In addition to that, I've farmed these ice troll runts before for Rune kiteshield. I've gotten both Rune kiteshield and Granite Shield from these spawns.

It seems there is some inaccuracy with the current information, though it's hard to tell exactly what the inaccuracy is.

It could be that variant 1 and variant 2 spawns in this area. Maybe there was never separate tables. Not entirely sure.  —The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) on 18:17, 6 December 2020 (UTC).

I have also seen this. The ice troll runts by the honour guards have dropped black warhammers in addition to what you mentioned. For the record I have yet to get a rune warhammer after about 600 kc hehe. Considering the inaccuracies I am unsure if I believe they even drop it. Maybe we have to ask Ash about some confirmations here. MrMudbill (talk) 01:33, 2 March 2021 (UTC)

The map of the bad droppers can be found here:
The map of the good droppers (including rune warhammer) can be found here:
There's a bit of overlap. We might need to put a map on the page. ʞooɔ 01:38, 2 March 2021 (UTC)
