Added fastest teleport section, needs data![edit source]
I've added a section on quick teleports to banks (and redirected bank teleport to it), but the section is incomplete because there are items I do not have ingame!
Possible additions/improvements:
- Distance in tiles and in parentheses, seconds running, for those spots that go around corners.
- Teleport scrolls, pest control teleport and lunar isle teleport (and others?), maybe?
- More spells/teletabs, like Moonclan Teleport and Tele Group Moonclan (few tiles closer)
