See map cache 35 (2002-04-30) showing the area south of Ardougne absent. Earliest date this could have existed was 2002-06-17 when the clock tower area was added. -- Xell Khaar (talk) 22:28, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- Correcting myself from last year. I overshot my estimate. Invrigar the necromancer (later renamed to Necromancer and then split into two separate NPCs in RS2) was added in config59 (2002-05-28), absent from config58 (2002-05-08). Safe to assume this building was added with Monk's Friend on 2002-05-28 and not with Clocktower on 2002-06-17. -- Xell Khaar (talk) 00:22, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
