Favour gained from mining sulphur

Is there any factor that affects the amount of favour gained from mining volcanic sulphur? It took me exactly 3047 to get from 0% to 100% Lovakengj favour, which seems to contradict the article. Desaniimo (talk) 19:10, 6 November 2018 (UTC)
