Te salt detail.png

Te salt is a type of salt that can be mined in the Salt Mine underneath Weiss after the completion of Making Friends with My Arm. Along with Urt salt and Efh salt, it can be used to light fire pits that provide benefits (such as a permanent light source), and it is also used to create icy and stony basalts. Mining Te salt requires 72 Mining and is mined in chunks of 2-6, granting the player 5 experience per chunk. The celestial ring and Varrock armour's effects do not work here.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The three salts, Te, Efh, and Urt, spell out "Teef hurt", suggesting the Weiss trolls attempted to eat them before discovering its use for Firemaking.
