This template exactly like Template:CitePostbag, with two exceptions. First, it is not a reference template in the sense that it does not create footnote-styled references. Instead, it creates the same text that would as a non-reference. This is desirable if a certain postbag is the source of the majority of an article, as having the same reference at the end of every sentence. Second, it does not have the "name" parameter, as this only applies to footnote-style references.
Supply the full URL to the Postbag, including the http://.
The issue number of the Postbag, found at the top. Do not include "Postbag ", supply only a number. The title will be looked up using this value.
This is for specifying the number of the letter being cited. This field contains no formatting, therefore type exactly what you wish to appear. For example, the first letter and its reply are "Letter 1", the second is "Letter 2", and so on. It may also be necessary to use "Introduction", "Wise Old Jokes" or other descriptors to cover information which is outside of a normal letter and reply format.
Optional. The title of the Postbag as found here; only if the lookup fails.
