The Floor Is Lava is a grandmaster combat achievement which requires the player to "Kill Tzkal-Zuk without letting Jal-ImKot dig during any wave in the Inferno."
The best way to approach this task is to complete it alongside the Budget Setup grandmaster task, utilising the bow of Faerdhinen and full crystal armour to focus on any Jal-ImKots that spawn.
