"your" capes sic[edit source]
The player exclaims:
I was wondering if you could maybe make your capes do something similar to what this does?
Nomad has an unique cape, not seen anywhere else. Here it's plural, so it ought to refer to Soul Wars capes instead.
Nomad mutters an incantation and enchants your Soul Wars capes!
The only "Soul Wars cape" the player can own and take away from the minigame is a Soul cape, although images of both Soul Wars capes are shown on the left Nomad mutters the incantation. Theoretically the capes are borrowed while playing Soul Wars. If I had to guess, the Soul cape is not enchanted to act as an Ava's device by this.
If the quoted text would've instead read:
I was wondering if you could maybe make my capes do something similar to what this does?
Then that sentence wouldn't make sense: Can you make my ranging cape do something similar to what my ranging cape does?
It could be a bit less contradictory if it was written as:
I was wondering if you could maybe make my Soul Wars capes do something similar to what this does?
That would enforce an idea the player owns the blue and red Soul Wars capes in the minigame (although they are more like borrowed), and that Nomad would be willing to apply Ava's devices on a Soul cape.
Hence I believe the only correct text here could be:
Nomad mutters an incantation and enchants Soul Wars capes for you!
Reinforcing the idea Nomad owns the capes for play. 22.214.171.124 08:13, 9 January 2021 (UTC)
