Ugthanki are camels found in the Kharidian Desert, south of Shantay Pass. Ugthanki are the only creatures that drop ugthanki meat, which is used to make ugthanki kebabs.

They are aggressive, so players with low Hitpoints should keep away from them.

Their name is derived from the name of Akthanakos, a camel-headed Mahjarrat, that trained them to fight.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • According to Akthanakos in issue 23 of the Postbag from the Hedge, Ugthanki spit is "not actually spit, per se" and suggests that the player "might just want to buy new robes" if they get some on their robes.[1]
