The max number of slayer points that can be achieved before level 7 slayer seems to only be 100. This is based on the highly unlikely situation in which the player is only assigned spider and revenant tasks by Krystilia without the use of Turael to cancel unwanted tasks. Spiders can give 2 slayer exp per kill and the lowest level revs can give 10 slayer exp per kill. This can be halved by having an alt actually kill the creature. The minimum amount of spiders and revenants are 60 and 40 respectively, resulting in tasks of 1*60=60 and 5*40 = 200 slayer exp at a minimum. This can be reduced further by the use of expeditious bracelets. In the next to impossible chance that the bracelet procs every kill, the minimum slayer exp from each of these tasks is 30 and 100. Since the first 5 tasks from Krystilia offer no points, you must do at least 9 tasks to get 100 slayer points. Doing a 10th task, even with these minimum slayer exp tasks, results in getting (100+30)*5 = 650 slayer exp, putting the player at 7 slayer.

Getting 200 points before 22 slayer for the next Turael unlock is possible, but you would have to use it to block cave bugs, which were unlocked at 7 slayer. So now in order to get the rate below what it could be at one block, you need three blocks (150 qp). This cannot be achieved as a level 3 and gets the player up to at least 5 combat, unlocking two new tasks (bats and cows). Both of these have higher weights, requiring them to be blocked. The rate at which the player's combat level goes up will outpace blocks, and the unlocked monsters have higher weights than those before. Therefore, the maximum rate for getting assigned starting creatures by Turael is sadly maxed out at the following percentages:

  • Birds - 6/25
  • Goblins - 7/25
  • Monkeys - 6/25
  • Rats - 7/25
  • Spiders - 6/25

Realistically, these percentages are nearly impossible. Getting above 7 slayer but staying below 22 slayer (to avoid unlocking lizards) and getting 200 slayer points to block the unlocked cave bugs could be a more realistic way of achieving these rates. The probability for cave bugs is maxed at 8/26 (blocking goblins and rats) since the player would need to stay under combat level 5 to avoid two new unlocks which would both need to be blocked as well in order to get a higher weight. If these new unlocks (bats and cows) had a lower task weight than the other unlocked tasks, it would potentially be possible to get a higher max probability by blocking other tasks, but they are not. Getting 150 qp likely means getting over 5 combat, potentially 6 or 7, unlocking more tasks with high weights, making it impossible to block them all.
