Locations & Availability[edit | edit source]

General[edit | edit source]

Map additions[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Add ~200 additional mapIDs to OSRS Doogle Maps config
  • Yes check.svg Generate new PNGs
  • Yes check.svg Upload to maps.runescape.wiki and update pointers

Icons and templates[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Upload small Trailblazer region icons
  • Yes check.svg Create {{TB}} that takes in a region name and outputs [[File:<REGION> icon.png]] [[<REGION>]]

Monsters[edit | edit source]

Monster locations section[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Make sure {{LocLine}} supports map pins
  • Yes check.svg Generate first-pass LocLine entries for everything (maybe with a toolserver tool that lets you set the radius for combining groups?)
  • Yes check.svg Use {{LocLine}} (rename to include Monster) and Nin's list to add monster spawns + maps to all monster pages (OSWF). Don't include NPC IDs, but DO include infobox version names.
  • Add trailblazerRegion field to LocLine, set SMW "Trailblazer region" field. Also add trailblazerOverride field for if there are additional requirements to access the content.
  • Yes check.svg With region data from Husky, add region parameter to all {{LocLine}} via bot (prefer to bot rather than compute on-wiki)
  • Split LocLine entries by DropsLine Version

DropsLine[edit | edit source]

  • Do the necessary var/Lua/SMW plumbing to get Trailblazer regions into the drop info SMW

Items[edit | edit source]

General[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Rearrange spawns/drop sources/shops section to be one h2 called "Item sources" with spawns/shops as h3s. (Perhaps discuss more - this has a couple downsides?)

Item spawns[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Replace {{Item spawns}} with a template similar to {{LocLine}} that includes the number of spawns, quantity, and a standalone maplink. Can probably be botted.
  • Yes check.svg Add a trailblazerRegion field and new column, similar to LocLine
  • Add trailblazerOverride field, similar to LocLine
  • Double check that we have all item spawns here from the original list

Drop sources[edit | edit source]

  • Rename to {{Item sources}} (I think?)
  • Add new column for {{Drop sources}} for Trailblazer regions, reading from SMW. Only show icons, and do a dotted underline if there is additional info from the trailblazerOverride.

Store lines[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Add new column for Trailblazer region. Should only be one region, so we can use {{TB}} with link, and asterisk/underline for override.

Shops[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Use different template for stalls
  • Yes check.svg Split out any remaining shops that are in multiple locations, so they show up separately on StoreLine at least (mainly charter ships, damn that looks bad)
  • Yes check.svg Make sure all the shops have updated accurate maps from Nin's dump
  • Yes check.svg Bot add trailblazerRegion field to shop infobox based on map coordinates
  • Add trailblazerOverride field similar to LocLine
  • Yes check.svg Plumbing to propagate regions into store line SMW

NPCs[edit | edit source]

  • Make sure all NPCs have updated maps from Nin's dump. Use RSW's approach for multiples.
  • Set trailblazerRegion field in NPC infobox. (Will this ever take on multiple values? Worth checking...)
  • Probably no need for trailblazerOverride.
  • Add plumbing to get trailblazer region into anything that has DropsLine here

Hunter[edit | edit source]

  • Yes check.svg Add LocLine to Hunter NPCs

Objects and Resources[edit | edit source]

General[edit | edit source]

  • Make a template like {{LocLine}} called ObjectLocLine but just for arbitrary objects: drop most of the interesting columns like spawns, etc, but keep maplink. Include trailblazerRegion/trailblazerOverride.

Facilities[edit | edit source]

  • Make good pages for all of the facilities listed on {{Recipe}}
  • Use object location dumps (in cache) to put location tables on all the pages. (OSWF)
  • Bot add trailblazerRegion to lines

Resources[edit | edit source]

  • This is for mining rocks, fishing spots, hunter monsters, and to some extent, trees.
  • Create pages for fishing spots (OSWF)
  • Use object location dumps to put ObjectLocLine on pages (OSWF)
  • Bot add trailblazerRegion
  • Create DropsLine-type template for skill resources (fishing spots, trees, etc) that will pipe through to the item articles' Drop sources template.

Farming[edit | edit source]

  • Farming plant articles with resource-y DropsLine (OSWF)

Other objects with DropsLine[edit | edit source]

  • This is for stalls, chests, etc.
  • Put ObjectLocLine on these pages (OSWF)
  • Bot add trailblazerRegion

Other[edit | edit source]

  • Add support for trailblazerRegion/trailblazerOverride in other infoboxes (minigames, etc). Add standalone template that also sets the SMW (and might have some display info) describing the region it's in.

Guides[edit | edit source]

  • Need good pages for each region, describing the main useful things there
  • Not sure if we can get to the same extent as Twisted League/Guide - probably best to have a guide page for each skill, with sections for each region? Hard to say atm.

Quests[edit | edit source]

  • Need to work out the best way to describe region-related requirements for each quest. Prose in Quest details?
  • Get a dump from someone (Lenny?) with all the stat check code in quests/ folder

Item Availability UI[edit | edit source]

  • Draft a UI for a production graph of all of the ways people can indirectly obtain items (probably excl. things already on the item page? not sure)
  • Bot to turn region SMW info into an offsite API

Scripts[edit | edit source]

  • Gadget to let you select which regions you have unlocked, and we'll put a CSS green background behind the icons of the ones you've unlocked. Should it be part of the top-level thing (like darkmode selection) or can we integrate it somewhere (like dropsLine choosing)?
  • Use that gadget somehow to highlight the quests you can do
