Barmaid (historical).png
Barmaid I could get a beer from her. 6 April 2001 The barmaid who originally ran the Rising Sun Inn in Falador. On 20 February 2006 she was replaced with Kaylee, Emily, and Tina, and deleted from the game files.

Witch The hat's a dead give away. 6 April 2001 A monster added in Runescape Classic who could be found in Draynor Manor and south of Al Kharid. Both were replaced by non-attackable characters.

Rowdy Guard He looks a bit aggressive and rowdy. 14 April 2003 One of the original guards at the Desert Mining Camp who was removed with the quest rework on 30 October 2006.

Leprechaun A funny little man normally associated with rainbows. 1 December 2003 A cut race planned to be added to Runescape 2. They were eventually released as Tool Leprechauns on 11 July 2005.

Lizard man A scaly reptilian creature. 1 December 2003 A cut race planned to be added to Runescape 2, mentioned in a Behind the Scenes article in March 2004. They were displayed during the 2014 Birthday event, while Lizardmen were eventually released on 7 January 2016.
Mummy 1 December 2003 A cut race planned to be added to Runescape 2, mentioned in a Behind the Scenes article in March 2004. Removed from the game files in January 2005, and soon after Mummies were released on 18 April 2005.

Orc A hideous malformed elf. 1 December 2003 Could be seen in Ardougne Zoo and the Tree Gnome Village maze during early stages of Runescape 2. Orks were eventually released on 11 July 2006.

Troll A hideously deformed creature. 1 December 2003 One of the monsters jailed in the Clock Tower dungeon in 2004. Fatter Trolls were added later that year.

Golem A creature made from clay. 1 December 2003 A cut race planned to be added to Runescape 2. The model is the same as the former Rock Golem random, while the concept itself was recycled for the Golem on 11 April 2005.
