Copying from articles to another[edit source]
When you copied Transcript:Gregg etc. to Transcript:2021 Easter event, you did not give the proper attribution (or source) for the transcription. Per the CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 Unported license, attribution is required. I've done this at Transcript talk:2021 Easter event and I'm not going to claim copyright infringement, but please remember to attribute next time in the edit summary and/or on the talk page when copying pages.
- To be honest, isn't this edit by yourself evidence that Cerpin transcribed it himself? Also, does copyright even apply to transcripts of copyrighted work? Is there any way to prove that Cerpin did not transcribe it himself, even if he did copy/paste it all? Don't get me wrong, I think you both deserve a lot of praise for the work you've done with the transcripts, but I'm not sure this really applies here.
- PS: I do agree with your sentiment that CC-BY-NC-SA is ignored too often on this wiki, but this is not a situation where I think I agree. Joeytje50 talk 19:22, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
