If a player wore the pieces of armour that offered the maximum weight reduction (Graceful hood, Graceful top, Graceful legs, Boots of lightness, Penance gloves, and Spottier cape), that player would achieve the lowest possible weight of –27.5 kilograms.
The Graceful outfit set increases the rate at which energy is restored by 30%. If a player isn't wearing the entire set however, the clothing that reduces more weight is likely preferable.
Weight-reducing armour is very useful in skills and quests that involve a lot of running because run energy decreases relative to a player's weight (e.g. lower weight means less run energy depleted). Agility obstacles also have a greater chance of being completed if the player is lighter. Other weightless items exist and can be used without penalising a player's weight.
Having negative weight is the same as having 0 kg of weight for purposes of run energy.

Notes[edit | edit source]
- Boots of lightness can be picked freely from ground, however, they're not tradeable.
- Both Hunter capes can be bought from other players, and worn after meeting the hunter requirement for said capes.
- The Graceful boots are much harder to obtain than the Boots of lightness. In addition to this, Boots of lightness reduce weight by -4.5kg compared to the Graceful boots' -4kg.
