"Whoopsie" is the name given to several unobtainable items in the cache. Many items were changed to have their noted forms removed: since items could not be fully removed once created, Whoopsies were added in a hidden update to fill these slots. The actual item was just a copy of a pink skirt.

In RuneScape, the item later became viewable via Quick Chat, causing much confusion.

All of the Whoopsies were gradually removed from Old School RuneScape and replaced; however, one remains, which was originally the noted form of the "Chompy bird object" item that appears in the chatbox when checking the the Chompy bird kill count.
