William is a Cape Merchant who sells team capes at his shop, William's Wilderness Cape Shop. He sells the capes with the box symbol, numbers 1, 11, 21, 31, and 41. He can be found walking just outside the Lava Dragon Isle in the Wilderness, but he may also appear at the Demonic Ruins. William ranges from level 42 to 62 Wilderness. You can buy a cape from him for 50 coins each. He is often hard to find, this is why players often don't see his capes worn by other players.
