|Examine||A mysterious power emanates from this shrine.|
The Wrath altar is a runecrafting altar accessible after completion of Dragon Slayer II. It is located on an island to the south of the Myths' Guild and is used to craft wrath runes from pure essence, requiring level 95 in Runecraft and granting 8 Runecraft experience per essence.
Skeletons can be seen fighting each other across the chasm where the altar is.
Access[edit | edit source]
The wrath altar is accessed by climbing down the Mythic Statue inside the Myths' Guild, and running south through the Corsair Cove Dungeon to an exit leading to the island it is located on. This tunnel is inhabited by chromatic dragons.
Tiaras[edit | edit source]
A wrath tiara may be created at this altar by having a wrath talisman and a normal tiara in your inventory. The player must then use the talisman on the altar. Doing so will earn 52.5 Runecraft experience.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The wrath altar is one of two runecrafting altars that cannot be reached via the Abyss, the other being the Astral altar. When polled if it should be accessable through the Abyss, the question failed with 73.6% support.
