gamewiki
there should probably be an article for 'combat area types'? since there's now singles, multi, singles+ - also, it helps people that are looking for what the combat icons for things like the tormented demons area and the emir's arena mean

why does this even happen and why do I need to find a wiki to explain it
—Submitted via Article feedback
Multicombat areas are specifically chosen per area/piece of content. It's predetermined by the developer according to their vision for what they want the area to be. For instance, Maniacal Monkeys are specifically in a multicombat area to facilitate ranged and magic training methods that take advantage of AOE damage. It can also be employed to make an area more dangerous, such as traversing the Abyss for Runecraft training. You can see whether or not an area is multicombat by an icon displayed on your screen, as explained on the second line of prose. Hailey (talk) 09:31, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
