Leff is a tortugan juvenile that can be found in the southern shore of the Summer Shore. He has been sent by Elder Krill to catch fish by way of 'land fishing' instead of going out to the sea to catch fish. The player tells him this 'land fishing' is how humans always fish, to Leff's surprise.
