Talk:Imp
I fixed the drop table for Imps back in February, & it appears someone destroyed all my fixes and made it even more inaccurate than previously. God 2007wiki is awful.

I think it is worth noting somewhere on the page that the imps south of Falador will sometimes teleport inside the city's walls and thus the player cannot reach them to attack.

At the moment, the page says: "Despite being one of the lowest forms of demons, they are not affected by the powers of Silverlight and Darklight." Both are demonbane weapons. However, the Changes section mentions that the following update ocurred on 17 March 2021: "Several monsters, including Imps, were tagged as demonic, allowing demonbane weapons to work on them." So... do those demonbane weapons affect Imps or do they not?
Unfortunately, I cannot reliably test this myself, as my knowledge of the game mechanics and coding is (too) limited. The page about Silverlight mentions: "When not fighting demons or Vampyres, Silverlight is comparable to a steel longsword with a lower strength bonus and a small, additional Magic Defence bonus." Although it seems like continuous testing of both Silverlight and a steel longsword could provide a result, the difference in strength bonus might obscure the results... edit- See 2024 Christmas event/Gallery for last year's NPCs. At the bottom, the Christmas Galleries template will show the rest of the pages, which are divided by year and show what NPCs got phats/Santa hats that year. YoshiFan12 (talk) 04:04, 9 December 2025 (UTC)
