Hi,
Some new members trying to subscribe via credit card over the past few days may have had difficulty with their card incorrectly not being accepted.
Our billing partner worldpay seems to be having intermittent problems. For example it seems that for aprox 5 hours between 2am GMT and 7am GMT today they were not accepting transactions.
Whilst this is very frustrating, I'd like to reassure you that the security and safety of the system is in NO WAY affected. It just makes it rather difficult to subscribe if the billing system is offline when you try :-) But there is no danger in trying.
If you try to subscribe using credit card and get an error message we recommend you simply wait a couple of hours and then try again, since the problem only seems to be happening at one particular time of day.
Existing members should not be affected by this in any way.
