Fishing from spirit pools restores run energy. I am currently getting 3 points restored every successful fish. I am not sure if this value changes, but here are my stats that I think might affect it: fishing 53, agil 14, using regular harpoon.

Is damage to the spirit pool based on fishing level, harpoon, attack level or strength level?
