Bert's rota is a copy of Bert's working schedule. Bert gives it to the player during The Hand in the Sand quest.

Notice that the rota quotes Bert's wages in "gps", presumably short for gold pieces. This is an alternative term for coins, which is commonly used amongst players but rarely used in official Old School RuneScape text.
