Caius is a wealthy citizen of Civitas illa Fortis who owns the house directly north-west of the western bank. As part of the stealing valuables activity, he will occasionally leave his house and lock the door, after which players with house keys can enter his house to steal valuables for up to three minutes.

A nearby street urchin, Ava, will warn players when Caius is about to return.

• Caius' house is shaped like dick butt, a fairly popular internet meme. According to Mod West, one of the artists who mapped down the city, the house was not intentionally shaped to resemble it during development. However, he intentionally kept it as is upon noticing the resemblance.
