Constantinius is the owner of Villa Lucens, and is the host of the party during the Death on the Isle quest.

After Livius' death during the quest, Constantinius is one of the suspects to the murder. However, no item is received when attempting to pickpocket him for evidence, with the player instead observing "There doesn't seem to be anything of note in Constantinius' pockets."

After the completion of the Death on the Isle quest, he can be pickpocketed for the chest key which opens the fancy chest in the wine cellar.
