A fallen tree is found near the Fight Arena. During Secrets of the North, the fallen tree can be inspected while searching for a trail leading to Evelot. The fallen tree does not reveal the trail, but can be searched anyway. The fallen tree can only be searched during the tracking portion of the quest, and otherwise has no interaction options.
