Elusive drops

[edit source]

Why was the elusive drops section removed? Just because you deem it unnecessary doesn't mean it doesn't have vital information regarding elusive drops and calculations.

The page is about drop rates. How does a list of specific items fall within the scope of the article? What determines which items go on the list? 'Elusive' is ambiguous. Those drop rates belong on the item pages themselves. ~ fM0rNhF.png HeirApparently (talk) 20:58, January 3, 2018 (UTC)
That section has been there for nearly two years. Nothing was wrong with it back then. While the page does discuss drop rates, those were some elusive drops, which possess the lowest drop rates, that are often sought by players. Thus, it does fall under the scope of the article if you really think about it.

I can't speak for what the page has looked like, only for how I saw it when I made the edit.
If the list is supposed to give people a practical example of the drop rates of items, maybe the list could contain a more varied line-up? Maybe a couple of each category? (Common, Uncommon, Rare, etc.) Or some items that have particular strange drop rates? A list of only really rare items seems useless. ~ fM0rNhF.png HeirApparently (talk) 21:20, January 3, 2018 (UTC)
I agree, I think it would be good to have common, uncommon, rare & very rare - and a few instances of very rare - 1/5k, 1/32k, 1/1m (Armadyl helmet/Bandos boots from elite clue guardians) or onyx from stall. 51.7.131.55 address (talk) 21:22, January 3, 2018 (UTC)

Could you describe what the drop rate multiplier is? Recent blogpost says "Added Hespori, Golden Tench, Royal Titans, and Yama uniques to the drop rate multiplier." but I have no idea what this means

This is for deadman mode, not the main game. Talk-to Kelsey 10:44, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
