Mogre Camp page says you need to weigh less than 28kg, this page says less than 27kg.

Confirmed it's less than 28 kg, I was able to dive with 27.721 kg of gear (diving equipment, bgs, fang, emberlight). "Less than 28 kg" and "27kg or less" mean the same thing since they both mean you can bring in 27kg, but I think the former phrasing has more clarity, so I changed it.
