The wiki button for the chest on Vatrachos Island links to this page. Unsure if it's the same chest, the drops are the same except I haven't gotten a medallion fragment in about 100 chests, but idk how rare it is / could just be bad luck.

To help with drop rate calculations, I received a Medallion fragment on my 17th successful search Wilza (talk) 17:54, 25 November 2025 (UTC)

I got mine on 3rd search but needless to say it's not "Always" for the drop rate. Ladsquire (talk) 20:52, 5 December 2025 (UTC)

On failing to pick the lock, there's a chance to be teleported away - but it teleports you to the mooring point on dognose island
