why cant I add this to page?
WARNING: NPCs that have a "talk to" option may object to thieving activities in the area by refusing to talk to you for a time. This can delay your progress if you need to start a quest with the Master Gardener or get vinegar from the wine merchant for instance. The cool down time is rumored to be 20 minutes during which, instead of talking to you, they will call the guards.

No explanation how to get into locked house Ardougne.

[edit source]- Joeytje50 just re-timed all except the Mor Ul Rek stalls recently, the values should now be correct. The Mor Ul Rek gem stall was previously timed by an anon back in April, so that one should be correct as well. YoshiFan12 (talk) 06:56, 8 August 2024 (UTC)
