Guard: You must pay a toll of 10 gold coins to pass.

- Player: Who does my money go to?
- Guard: The money goes to the city of Al-Kharid.

- Player: Yes, ok.
- If the player has 10gp:
  - You pay the guard.
  - (The player goes through the gate and 10gp are subtracted from their inventory)

- If the player does not have 10gp:
  - Player: Oh dear, I don't actually seem to have enough money.
  - (End of dialogue)

Player: Can I come through this gate?
Guard: You may pass for free, you are a friend of Al-Kharid.
(The player goes through the gate, but no money is subtracted from their inventory)

Guard: You may pass for free, for you are a friend of Al-Kharid, but your goblin friend must stay on this side.
Player: Why?
Guard: Why do you think this gate is here, if not to keep the goblins out of Al Kharid?

Zanik: Nevermind, player name. I don't think we need to go to Al Kharid anyway!
